China truly has been the perfect match for our team. She reached out quickly, and I could tell then that she was super organized and understood our vision. In our meeting she wanted details of the dancers and the team as a whole, so she would know how to enhance our vision for competition. Working with China has been the easiest experience for me as a coach that I’ve had. China mentioned that we would be getting another choreographer, Nay, and we were super excited because they truly balanced each other out. Between meeting with China to the time that she and Nay arrived China stayed in constant communication on skills, music, and themes for the dancers. It was amazing to see as a coach that the choreographers and dancers meshed so well and that it was like they had known each other for years. The feedback that I have received from China has been great throughout the season, she has helped us when something doesn’t work out and she gets just as excited as we do when a part of the dance hits that we worked hard on. My dancers even get excited when we record a video to send to China, and they can’t wait to get her feedback. Working with China and Nay truly has been amazing. We feel like they are part of the Blue Angels family now.
