Brinley has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. Brinley was extremely responsive during the whole process. She made the process collaborative from selecting music, to sending a skill sheet, to brainstorming choreography elements, to offering suggestions on cleaning exercises and costume ideas. Brinley was able to connect with our team on a personal level, creating overall trust. She interacted extremely well with our dancers and made sure everyone was included. She was collaborative with myself as a coach in the sense of formations, skills, choreography elements, etc. Brinley offered her time even after choreography weekend concluded. She encouraged us to send her videos throughout the process and she would be more than willing to make changes if something was not working very well. I loved that Brinley was clear in communicating her needs as a guest. As a coach, I want to make the choreographer feel best when doing their job. I am grateful that spoke to her needs in order to give us the best possible service. I most appreciated her willingness to change and adapt to the skill level of our team on the spot. She truly has a gift when it comes to hiphop choreography and that bleeds through when she is setting a dance. It is extremely clear that she LOVES what she does.
